摘 要:针对大功率LED具有高热流密度的特点,本文采用板式脉动热管与翅片的组合对额定功率为100 W的LED进行自然对流冷却实验研究。实验发现,脉动热管自然对流对于功率在52 W以下的LED取得较好冷却效果;板式脉动热管自然对流从启动到稳定过程与强制对流存在较大差异;脉动热管存在一个最佳充液率30%~50%;丙酮的冷却效果比乙醇更好。三角形截面脉动热管的热阻比方形截面热阻低;水力直径为1 mn的脉动热管比0.58 mn的传热性能好。增加翅片面积可以较好地降低LED基板温度。通过对加热段各点的实验分析表明,脉动热管在各功率运行中,加热段均温性良好,被控制在2.5℃以内。For high-power LED chips with the characteristic of high heat flux,the paper is to improve the heat dissipation of LED by using plate pulsating heat pipe(plate PHP).A series of experiments on LED(with rated power of 100 W) cooling based on the combination of plate PHP and fins with natural convection have been conducted.The experimental results indicate that the plate PHP achieves good cooling effect by the natural convection when the power of LED is lower than 52 W.The thermal characteristics of plate PHP with natural convection cooling are difference compared to that of forced convection cooling.The optimization filling rate is in the range of 30% to 50%and the thermal performance of plate PHP is better when acetone is used as working fluid than ethanol is.Moreover,the plate PHP with triangle cross section channel leads to a lower thermal resistance than that with square cross section.Meanwhile,hydraulic diameters of 1 mm and 0.58 mm are introduced and the experimental results show that plate PHP with the former one exhibits better performance.Additionally,the substrate temperature of LED decreases with the fins area.According to the analysis of the temperature field of the evaporation section during operating of the plate PHP, it is found that the temperature is almost uniform in this section,and the deviation is less than 2.5°C.
