摘　　要：研究Outlast改性腈纶纱线的力学性能。测试分析了三种Outlast改性腈纶棉混纺纱线和纯Outlast改性腈纶纱线的强伸性能、弹性和蠕变性能。结果表明:Outlast改性腈纶纱线的力学性能与混纺比关系密切。随着纱线中Outlast改性腈纶纤维含量的增加,纱线的断裂强度和弹性回复率逐渐减小,断裂伸长率和断裂功逐渐增大,其中混纺比为50/50的Outlast改性腈纶棉混纺纱略有例外;纱线蠕变现象随Outlast改性腈纶纤维含量的增加而增强,拉伸速度、载荷等试验条件对于测试纱线蠕变性能非常重要。指出:实际生产中选择混纺比为40/60的Outlast改性腈纶棉混纺纱对于提高产品质量和降低成本更为有利。Mechanical property of Outlast modified acrylic yarn and Outlast modified acrylic cotton blended yarns were researched,including strength ＆ elongation, elasticity and creep of three kinds of Outlast modified acrylic cotton blended yarns and one kind of Outlast modified acrylic yarn. The result shows that the relationship between mechanical property and blending ratio of Outlast modified acrylic cotton blended yarns are related closely. As Outlast modified a- crylic fiber content increases, breaking strength and elastic recovery rate of the yarn are reduced gradually, breaking elon- gation and breaking energy are increased gradually. But cotton Outlast modified acrylic blended yarn with 50/50 blend- ing ratio is an exception. Yarn creep is increased as Outlast modified acrylic fiber content increases. Creep is effected by tensile speed and load greatly. It is pointed out that cotton/Outlast acrylic fiber 60/40 blended yarn is more advanta- geous to improve yarn quality and reduce the yarn cost in the practical production.
