摘  要:研究非织造黏合衬布中理想的木棉纤维体积混比。通过针刺热轧非织造加工技术制备了木棉非织造黏合衬布,测试了不同木棉纤维体积比的木棉非织造黏合衬布的强伸性能、缩水率、耐磨性、弯曲刚度和透气性,并通过Borda数法分析了木棉非织造黏合衬布的综合性能与木棉纤维配比的关系。结果表明:随着木棉纤维体积比的增加,木棉非织造黏合衬布的强伸性能、耐磨性和弯曲刚度下降,缩水率呈减小趋势,透气性先下降后增大。认为:木棉体积比为67%时所制备的木棉非织造黏合衬布性能较理想。Ideal kapok fiber volume blending ratio in nonwoven fusible interlining was researched. Needling punc- hing and thermal bonding nonwoven technology was used to manufacture kapok nonwoven fusible interlining. Properties of nonwoven fusible interlining with different kapok fiber volume blending ratios were tested,including strength and elon- gation, shrinkage, wear-resistance, bending rigidity and air permeability. Borda-number method was used to analyze the relationship between comprehensive performance of the nonwoven and kapok fiber volume blending. The result shows as the kapok fiber volume blending ratio increases, the strength and elongation, wear-resistance and bending rigidity of the nonwoven fusible interlining is reduced. The trend of shrinkage is decreasing. The air permeability is reduced then in- creased. It is considered property of nonwoven fusible interlining is better when the volume blending ratio of kapok fiber is 67%.
