摘  要:探讨异纤清除机的使用性能和效果。阐述了异纤清除机的原理、特性、安装位置及参数配置,提出实际生产中异纤检出率的测试方法,并以新疆长绒棉为例进行了实例对比分析。结果表明:异纤清除机对于新疆长绒棉异纤的重量检出率可达到60%,但数量检出率仅在5%左右。生产漂白布用纱,应在络筒工序辅以清纱器对异纤继续予以清除。认为:应正确设置清除参数,精准校正设备状态,维护光线通道清洁,将色纸模拟检出率保持在80%以上,以提高异纤清除机效能。通过实际测试异纤检出率并分析未检出异纤的形态与数量,可为改进异纤清除机参数配置、正确选用原料以及后工序异纤清除措施的制订提供依据。Effect and property of foreign fiber cleaner were discussed. Principle, characteristic, installation position and data selection of foreign fiber cleaner were introduced. Test method of foreign fiber cleaner detection rate was put forward in actual production. Xinjiang long-staple cotton was selected as example to contrast and analyzed. The result shows that weight detection rate to Xinjiang long-staple cotton can be reached 60%, while quantity detection rate is only about 5%. In producing bleached cloth yarn,yarn cleaner should be used in winding process. It is considered that cleaner data should be selected correctly, equipment status should be corrected accurately, channel cleaning should be maintained. Detection rate of colored paper simulation should be above 80% to increase foreign fiber cleaner effect. Da- ta selection can be improved by testing detection rate and analyzing foreign fiber shape & quantity, related foundation can be provided for correct selecting raw material and adopting foreign fiber cleaning measures.
