松嫩低平原水土资源综合整治与开发利用研究

摘　　要：《松嫩低平原水土资源综合整治与开发利用研究》是《松花江流域综合规划》的专题研究之一,研究范围为尼尔基水库以下、吉林省松花江下游部分河谷平原及松干哈尔滨以上平原区域,2008年研究区盐碱地在水资源有保障前提下,重点开发区和适度开发区合计有约500万亩(33.33万hm^2)水田(包括旱改水)的潜力,研究分析了盐碱地开发对生态环境的影响,并根据研究结论提出对策措施建议。Studies on Comprehensive Improvement of Land-water Resources and Utilization in Songnen Low Plain is one of special subject studies for Master Plan of Songhua River Basin. The study includes valley plain located after the Nierji Reservoir and lower reaches of Songhua River＂and plain areas in the mainstream above Harbin. Potentiality of developing 33.33 thousand hm^2 paddy field, including transferring from dry to paddy, in main developing areas are examined based studies on water security in saline-alkaline field in 2008. Studies are made on the impact of saline-alkaline field development on eco-environment and measures are proposed according to study results.
