掺聚羧酸专用防冻剂混凝土-15℃在诺富特酒店工程中的应用

摘　　要：采用20%P+1%V+7.5%X配制聚羧酸专用防冻剂,其中P和X为无机非氯盐,V为有机胺类,将其成功地应用到沈阳诺富特酒店工程的冬期施工中,在-15℃时掺量为3.5%满足防冻要求,且与聚羧酸泵送剂适应性良好,对其减水保塑无明显影响。Polycarboxylate antifreeze were synthetized by 20%P＋l%V＋7.5%X,of which P and X were inorganic non chloride salt,V was Organic amine accelerator.This polycarboxylate antifreeze was successfully used in the construction process of Shenyang Novotel hotel.It had a good antifreezing effect as the dosage was 3.5% in the condition of -15℃ ,and had good adaptability with polycarboxylate pumping agent that had no negative effects to water reducing performance and molding performance.
