摘  要:特高压直流输电是解决大规模新能源外送问题的较好方案。文章基于既能模拟大规模风电又能精确模拟特高压直流输电系统的先进数模混合实时仿真平台,对特高压直流系统与风电的协调控制策略进行了深入研究。结合特高压直流输电系统的有功调节特性及设备操作特性,提出跟随风功率波动进行直流功率协调控制的有功控制策略;针对风机脱网及系统恢复稳定的动态特性,提出与之相对应的特高压直流输电系统无功协调控制策略,该策略提高了系统的故障恢复特性和稳定性。通过数模混合实时仿真试验,验证了协调控制策略的有效性。UHVDC power transmission is a better solution for large-scale transmission of new energy resources.Based on an advanced real-time digital/analog hybrid simulation platform,which can simulate both large-scale wind farms and UHVDC power transmission system accurately,the cooperative control for UHVDC transmission system with wind farms is researched in depth.According to active power adjustment characteristics and equipment operating characteristics of UHVDC transmission system,an active power control strategy,which can track the fluctuation of wind power,for cooperative control of DC power is proposed.Combining with dynamic characteristics of power grid stability recovery,a reactive power cooperative control strategy for UHVDC transmission system under the circumstance of wind farm disconnected from power grid,by which both fault recovery characteristics and stability of power grid can be enhanced,is put forward.The effectiveness of the proposed cooperative control strategies is verified by real-time digital/analog hybrid simulation.
