摘 要:以风力发电系统中背靠背式双脉冲宽度调制(pulsewidth modulation,PWM)变流器中整流状态为例,分析了绝缘栅双极型晶体管(insulated gate bipolar transistor,IGBT)各类开路故障状态下三相PWM整流器直流侧的输出电压信号,提出了基于小波包分析的变流器故障识别方法。该方法利用直流侧输出电压信号的调制特点,从能量谱和功率谱的角度分析了小波包分解后的直流侧输出电压的细节信号,通过频谱特征识别出三相PWM整流器的各类故障。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。Taking the working state of the rectifier in the back-to-back pulse width modulation(PWM) converter of wind power generation system for example,output voltage signals at the DC side of three-phase PWM rectifier under various types of open-circuit faults of IGBT are analyzed,and a wavelet packet analysis based method to identify rectifier faults is proposed.Using the modulation features of output voltage signals at the DC side,the details of output voltage signal at the DC side decomposed by wavelet packet are analyzed from the viewpoint of energy spectrum and power spectrum,thus various types of faults occurred in three-phase PWM rectifier can be identified by distinguishing the features of frequency-spectrum.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation results.
