摘　　要：黄芪多糖是从黄芪中分离提取的具有特定生理活性的多糖类物质,具有提高机体免疫力、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、促进动物机体生长等作用。本文就黄芪多糖的提取方法及其在水产动物饲料中的应用作一综述。Astragalus polysaccharides（APS）is a kind of polysaccharide with special physiological activity which is extracted from astragalus membranaceus.APS can improve the immunity,resist to oxidation and tumor,in addition lead to growth promotion and so on.The extraction of APS and its application in aquaculture feed were summarized.
