贵阳市社区中老年人血压和血清25-羟维生素D水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨贵阳市社区中老年人血清25-羟维生素D水平对血压的影响。方法采用整群抽样方法调查贵阳市社区年龄≥46岁的常住居民706人。根据年龄分为:中年组499例(46～64岁),老年组207例(年龄≥65岁),进行问卷调查及体格检查,并采集清晨空腹静脉血分离血清,美国DiaSorin公司的放射免疫试剂盒测定25-羟维生素D浓度。结果老年组收缩压水平明显高于中年组,老年组女性25-羟维生素D水平明显低于男性及中年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。logistic回归分析,年龄、体重指数与收缩压呈正相关(OR=1.072,95%CI:1.048～1.096;OR=1.147,95%CI:1.084～1.213,P<0.01),体重指数与舒张压呈正相关(OR=1.172,95%CI:1.108～1.240,P<0.01),25-羟维生素D水平与舒张压及收缩压不相关。结论贵阳市中老年人血压与25-羟维生素D水平无显著关联。Objective To study the effect of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level on blood pressure in middle-aged and elderly residents in communities of Guiyang City. Methods Seven hundred and six randomly sampled permanent residents with their age ≥ 46 years were divided into 46-64 years old group （n=499） and ≥65 years old group （n=207）. Effect of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D on their blood pressure was investigated with questionnaires. Their fasting 25 hydroxyvitamin D level was measured using a radioimmunoassay kit （DiaSorin Company,USA）. Results The sys- tolic blood pressure was significantly higher in ≥65 years old group than in 46-64 years old group and significantly lower in ≥65 years old females group than in 46-64 years old males group （P〈0.05）. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the age and body mass in- dex were positively correlated with the systolic blood pressure （OR= 1. 072,95% CI： 1. 048 1. 096;OR=1. 147,95%CI：1. 084-1. 213,P（0.01） and the body mass index was positively cor- related with the diastolic blood pressure （OR= 1. 172,95%CI ： 1. 108- 1. 240, P〈0.01 ）. The ser- um 25-hydroxyvitamin D level was not correlated with the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion blood pressure is not significantly correlated with 25-hydroxyvitamin D level in middle-aged and elderly residents in communities of Guiyang City.
