摘 要:为实现对飞参系统专用地面检测设备的计量和校准工作,采用对各种信号进行自动采集、分析、处理和判断技术,完成飞参系统专用地面检测设备校准装置硬件和软件设计,成功解决了目前国内飞参系统专用地面检测设备校准周期长、效率低、测量数据可靠性差、仪器系统缺乏全面计量保障的状况,实现了对飞参系统专用地面检测设备的计量校准。实际应用表明,该校准装置整个校准过程的自动化程度很高,改变了传统的手工校准方式,缩短了校准周期,提高了校准效率和校准结果的准确性和可靠性,应用前景较好,经济效益明显。To measure and calibrate the special ground test equipment of a flight parameter system, the automatic acquisition, analysis, processing and judgment technologies for signals are applied. Based on these technologies, the hardware and software designs for the special ground test equipment of a flight parameter system are implemented, which improve some insufficient for the ground test equipment, such as long calibration cycle, low efficiency, poor reliability of the measurement data, and lack of comprehensive measuring security for instrumentation system. In addition, calibration of the special ground test equipment of a flight parameter system is realized. The practical application shows that the automaticity of the calibration device in the calibration process is high, which can ameliorate the traditional manual calibration, reduce the calibration cycle, improve the calibration efficiency, and increase both the accuracy and reliability of calibration results. The design on calibration device has a good application prospect and an obvious economic benefit.
