摘　　要：介绍了内河港口简易臂架型起重机的安全现状和现行监管方法的不足,提出应用新的方法对设备进行安全评价。基于构权评价AHP法的内河港机安全评价方法研究,得出适合在役内河港机的安全评价方法,通过对设备安全性能评估值D的定义,设备的实时状态与风险等级可具体、清晰的表述。The tube explosions frequently happened to a 300MW boiler overhauled after half a year. All of the exploded tubes were new and the cracking-off locations were all near the melting line of welding seam. The platen reheater tubes were analyzed by macroscopic examination, material analysis, metallographic examination, and so on. The results showed that the hardened martensitic structure appeared in local during welding and it was the main reason of frequent tube explosion.
