桂枝汤水提液中总多糖含量的测定

摘　　要：目的:建立分光光度法测定桂枝汤水提液中总多糖含量的方法。方法:以葡萄糖为对照品,苯酚-硫酸比色法测定桂枝汤水提液中总多糖的含量。结果:葡萄糖在19.62～117.70 mg.L-1与吸光度成良好线性关系,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD 2.5%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便易行,重复性良好,可作为桂枝汤水提液中总多糖含量测定的方法。Objective： To develop a method for content determination of total polysaccharide in Guizhitang decoction.Method： Glucose was used as the reference substance,and phenol-sulfuric acid was applied as coloring reagent to determine the content of total polysaccharide.Result： The calibration curve of glucose showed good linearity in the range of 19.62-117.70 mg.L-1.The average recovery rate was 99.28%,and RSD was 2.5%（n = 6）.Conclusion： The determination method is simple,sensitive and accurate,which can be used for evaluating the content of total polysaccharide in Guizhitang decoction.
