HPLC同时测定清肺抑火丸中3个苷类成分

摘　　要：目的:建立清肺抑火丸中3个苷类成分的含量标准。方法:采用HPLC,同时以2个检测波长对清肺抑火丸中的黄芩苷、京尼平苷、京尼平龙胆二糖苷进行定量分析。Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相甲醇(A)-1%甲酸溶液(B)-乙腈(C)梯度洗脱,检测波长238,278 nm。结果:黄芩苷、京尼平苷、京尼平龙胆二糖苷分别在0.165～1.650,0.106～1.060,0.035～0.350μg(r>0.999 7)线性关系良好,平均回收率>96.75%,RSD<2.05%。结论:该方法同时进行黄芩苷、京尼平苷、京尼平龙胆二糖苷的定量分析,可作为清肺抑火丸的质量控制标准。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of three constituents in Qingfei Yihuo Pills.Method： Baicalin,geniposide and genipin-1-O-β-gentiobioside were determined simultaneously by HPLC on a agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column with the methanol（A）-1.0% formic acid anhydrous（B）-acetonitrile（C） in gradient elution as the mobile phrase.The detection wavelength was set at 238,440 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1.Result： The standard curves for baicalin,geniposide and genipin-1-O-β-gentiobioside were linear within the range of 0.165-1.650,0.106-1.060,0.035-0.350 μg（r 0.999 7）,and the average recoveries were over 96.75%（RSD 2.05%）.Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate and could be used for quality control of Qingfei Yihuo Pills.
