摘 要:对9条广东某野生动物急救中心死亡的巨蜥开展寄生虫调查,共发现4种线虫、1种蜱和1种绦虫。其中寄生于胃肠道的Kalicephalus schadi、K.guangdongens和Tanqua tiara的感染率分别为88.89%、55.56%和22.22%,感染强度分别为116(8~612)、23(8~49)和37(2~72);寄生于横膈膜、浆膜的双三齿丝虫(Diplotriana tricusp is)的感染率达66.67%,感染强度为7(2~11);外寄生虫巨蜥盲花蜱(Aponomma lucasi)的感染率为88.89%,感染强度为25(5~43);肠道绦虫(未定种)的感染率为55.56%,感染强度为88(1~260)。Four species of nematode, one specy of ectoparasite and one unidentified cestode were discovered during an investigation into the parasites in nine varanus salvators that died at the Wildlife Rescue Centre in Guangdong province, China. The prevalence of the infection of Kalicephalus schadi, K. guangdongens and ranqua tiara parasitizing in the gastrointestinal tract of the varanus salvators were 88. 89%, 55.56%, and 22.22% respectively while the intensity, 116 (8-612), 23 (8-49) and 37 (2-72); the prevalence of the infection of Diplotriana tricuspis parasitizing in the diaphragm and the membranae serosa was 66.67% and the intensity, 7 (2-11) and as for the prevalence and the intensity of the infection of Aponomma lucasi and the unidentified cestode were 88.89%, 25 (5-43) and 55.56%, 88 (1-260) respectively.
