摘 要:生长激素受体(GHR)基因缺失突变导致鸡体型矮小,骨骼肌生长发育受阻。为了进一步研究GHR缺失突变对肌肉组织学特性和肌内脂肪(IMF)沉积的影响,以GHR缺失突变导致的生长发育受阻的矮小型隐性白羽鸡为研究对象,以正常型鸡为参照,对其7周龄的肌肉组织学特性和肌内脂肪含量进行了测定。结果表明,矮小型隐性白羽鸡的IMF含量14.28%明显高于正常型鸡11.85%,差异极显著(P<0.01),显示矮小型鸡的肌内脂肪沉积能力高于正常型鸡;矮小型鸡的肌纤维直径极显著降低,肌纤维密度显著升高,表明矮小型隐性白羽鸡的肌肉组织学特性发生重大变化。GHR缺失突变所引起的上述变化对肌肉品质的改善有利。The gene deletion and mutation of growth hormone receptor (GHR) would result in chicken's skeletal underdevelopment. To make a further study of the effect of GHR deletion and mutation in chicken on muscular histological characteristics and intramuscular fat (IMF) deposition, we took the 7-week-old recessive white feather dwarf chickens as the experimental group and the normal ones, the control one for our experiment. The results showed that the content of IMF in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control one (14.28% vs 11.85%) and the difference was significant (P 〈 0. 01), which indicated that the IMF deposition capacity of the experimental group was stronger than that of the control, while the muscular fiber diameter of the experimental group was significantly reduced and the muscular fiber density significantly increased, which indicated that there are major changes occurring in the muscular histological characteristics of the recessive white feather dwarf chickens. The changes caused by gene deletion and mutation of GtIR were beneficial to the improvement of chicken meat quality.
