386例口腔颌面外科手术患者对手术室满意度调查及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解口腔颌面外科患者对湘雅医院手术室护理质量的满意状况,探讨影响口腔颌面外科手术护理质量满意度的相关因素,达到持续改进护理质量的目的。方法对386例湘雅医院口腔颌面外科术后患者进行手术室护理质量满意度调查。结果手术患者对湘雅医院手术室护理质量的满意度较高。患者的性别、学历、职业、离开麻醉复苏室时的疼痛程度、对手术的恐惧程度及麻醉类型是影响手术患者对手术室护理质量满意度的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论手术患者对手术室护理质量总体评价较好,影响患者对手术室护理质量满意度的因素较多。手术室护理人员应根据患者的情况,提供有关疼痛、手术、麻醉等方面的知识和心理支持,以满足不同的个体需求,提高手术患者对手术室护理质量的满意度。【Objective】 To research the effect of increasing OMS patients satisfaction degree on improving nursing quality in operation room continually.【Methods】 386 OMS patients were taken to compare hospital patients satisfaction degree after operation.【Results】 After analysis being put into practice to find patients requirement difference,we found the satisfaction degree of OMS patients was high.The key factors affect the satisfaction degree for nursing quality in OR lied in gender,education background,career,pain degree and fear degree.【Conclusion】 Patients satisfaction as yardstick for nursing work is played full part in guide by single item satisfaction degree analysis based on patients satisfaction degree investigation,nursing quality improvement continually come true by a series of efficiency manage measures put into effect
