摘  要:目的探讨白介素10(IL-10)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在胎膜早破早产孕妇血清及羊水中的含量与胎膜早破早产的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法测定胎膜早破早产孕妇(早产组)50例与正常孕妇(对照组)50例血清及羊水中的IL-10、TIMP-1、TNF-α的含量。结果早产组孕妇血清及羊水中IL-10高于对照组,而羊水TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05),TIMP-1水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。早产组绒毛膜羊膜炎者血清、羊水中IL-10水平高于非绒毛膜羊膜炎组,而TIMP-1水平低于非绒毛膜羊膜炎组(P<0.05)。结论孕妇血清、羊水中IL-10、TIMP-1水平与感染引起的早产有相关关系。【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between the levels of intedeukin-10(IL-10),Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloprotease-1(TIMP-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in serum and amniotic fluid of preterm women with premature rupture of membranes.【Methods】 The levels of IL-10,TIMP-1,TNF α in serum and anmiotic fluid were detected in 50 case with premature rupture of membranes(premature group) and 50 cases of normal pregnancy(control group) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).【Results】The levels of IL-10 in serum and IL-10,TNF-α in anmintic fluid in premature group were significance higher than those in control group(P 0.05),the levels of TIMP-1 in serum and anmintic fluid were significance lower than in control group(P 0.05).In premature group,the levels of IL-10 in serum and anmiotic fluid of women with chorioamnionitis were significantly higher than those of women without chorioamnionifis,while the levels of TIMP-1 in serum and anmiotic fluid of women with chorioamnionitis were significantly lower than those of women without chorioamnionifis(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 The levels of IL-10,TNF-α in serum and amniofic fluid of the pregnant women are associated with the onset of preterm labor coused by infection.
