摘  要:目的探讨分离胶储血管对生化检测项目稳定性影响及原标本的复检结果的可靠性时间。方法选取30例储存在流水线冰箱中样本冷藏保存7 d(168 h),并观察每24 h各生化指标的结果变化。结果 K+浓度可稳定72 h,与立即检测0 h比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05),但在96-168 h内有逐渐增高趋势,与立即检测0 h比较有极显著性差异(P〈0.01);Na+浓度在24-168 h内有逐渐增高趋势,与立即检测0 h比较有极显著性差异(P〈0.01);CO2-CP、TBIL、DBIL浓度值均随放置时间延长有逐渐降低趋势,其中CO2-CP浓度可稳定24 h,在48-72 h内与立即检测0 h比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05),96-168 h内与立即检测0 h比较有极显著性差异(P〈0.01),TBIL浓度在48 h内稳定,72-96 h内有显著性差异(P〈0.05),在120-168 h内有极显著性差异(P〈0.01);DBIL在24-48 h有显著性差异(P〈0.05),72-168 h内有极显著性差异(P〈0.01);GLU等其余17项生化指标检测结果与立即检测0 h比较无显著性差异(P均〉0.05)。结论分离胶真空采血管储存标本,大部分生化指标在7 d内具有良好的稳定性,而且K+、Na+、CO2-CP、TBIL、DBIL等生化指标稳定时间要长于普通促凝干燥管。分离胶真空采血管具有迅速分离血清、分离效果好、操作简单、传输安全、采集血量准确等优点,尤其适用与急诊标本检测及医学检验自动化流水线对标本快速分离的要求。【Objective】 To study the stability influence of separating gel vacuum tube on biochemistry test and the authenticity time of sample repeat determination.【Methods】 30 samples were preserved at 4℃ for 7 days and the results changes of biochemistry test were observed every 24 hours.【Results】 The level of K+ was stable within 72 hours and there was no significance difference compared with immediately determination(P 0.05),but increased gradually within 96 hours to 168 hours and was significantly different compared with immediately determination(P 0.01).The level of Na+ increased gradually between 24 and 168 hours and was significantly different compared with immediately determination(P 0.01).The level of CO2-CP,TBIL,DBIL all descented gradually,CO2-CP level was stable in 24 hours but significantly different compared with immediately determination between 48 and 72 hours(P 0.05),very significantly different between 96 and 168 hours(P 0.01).TBIL level was stable in 48 hours but significantly different between 72 and 96 hours(P 0.05),very significantly different between 120 and 168 hours(P 0.01).DBIL level was significantly different between 24 and 48 hours(P 0.05),very significantly different between 72 and 168 hours(P 0.01).The level of GLU and other 17 biochemistry test was not significantly different compared with immediately determination(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 With samples were preserved in separating gel vacuum tube,the results of most biochemistry test were stable within 7 days,and the stable time of K+,Na+,CO2-CP,TBIL,DBIL was longer than that of drying tube.Separating gel vacuum tube had the character of separating serum quickly and effective,simple operation,safe transfer and accurate blood volume,it was especially suitable for emergency determination and laboratory automation system.
