宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术联合内美通治疗对患者术后复发的预防作用

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术联合内美通治疗对患者术后复发的预防作用。方法将97例行宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术(TCRP)患者随机分为两组,观察组52例,宫腔镜术后联合应用内美通治疗;对照组45例,宫腔镜术后无任何处理措施。两组均门诊随访3年,比较两组患者的月经经期、阴道B超中子宫内膜厚度以及复发的情况。结果随访术后3、6及12个月内,观察组的月经经期明显短于对照组(P<0.05),子宫内膜厚度明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3年期间,观察组累积复发3例,复发率5.8%,对照组累积复发11例,复发率24.4%。观察组复发率明显少于对照组(χ2=6.31,P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术联合内美通治疗可有助于预防子宫内膜息肉的术后复发,并且小剂量内美通副作用小、服用方便。[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electrocision of endometrial polyps combined with Gestrinone in the prophylaxis of recurrence of endometrial polyps. [Methods] 97 patients diagnosed as endometrial polyps by hysteroscopy were randomly divided into two groups, 52 cases in the observation group were treated by hysteroscopic electrocision combined with Gestrinone, 45 cases in the control group were given nothing after hysteroscopic electroresection of endometrial polyps.Menstrual period, endometrial thickness, the recurrence conditions of endometrial polyps between the two groups were observed after a 3-years follow-up. [Results] Menstrual period in the observation group were shorter and endometial thickness in the observer group were smaller than those in control group during follow-up （P 0.05）. In the observer group,there were 3 cases （5.8%）of recurrence, in the control group,there were 11 cases （24.4%） of recurrence.The recurrence in the observation group were less than that in control group （χ2=6.31, P 0.05）. [Conclusion] The treatment of hysteroscopic electrocision of endometrial polyps combined with Gestrinone is helpful to prevent the recurrence of endometrial polyps, and Gestrinone is simple and little side-effect.
