摘 要:35 kV及以下交联聚乙烯电缆在运行过程中,由于运行环境的影响,主绝缘容易受潮。如果利用受潮的运行电缆做中间接头,会降低电缆中间接头的质量,缩短运行寿命。选取不同截面、不同电压等级的5种交联聚乙烯电缆作为研究对象,研究受潮的旧电缆主绝缘层在加热去潮不同时间后电导率的变化,并与新电缆电导率相比较,得出可以用电导率作为XLPE电缆的含水量标准,得到XLPE电缆在受潮以后可以通过加热的方式去潮,恢复电缆的绝缘水平的结论,并给出5种电缆加热去潮至新电缆水平所需要的时间。XLPE cables are vulnerable to the impact of the operating environment and their main insulation is liable to get damp. The damp cables, if used as the middle joints, will reduce the quality of the cable joints and shorten the operating life. In this research, 5 kinds of XLPE cables of different thickness and voltage classed were selected as study subjects, and the electric conductivity changes of the damp old cable's main insulation layer were studied at dif- ferent drying times. By comparing with the conductivity of the new cable of same type, it is concluded that conductivi- ty can be the standard of XLPE cable moisture content, and damp XLPE cables can be dried by heating to restore its insulation level. Finally, the heating and drying processing time required by the five kinds of cables is defined re- spectively.
