摘 要:供热改造机组由于热电负荷变化不同步,运行情况复杂多变,实际节能效果往往达不到设计值。以某330 MW亚临界凝汽式机组为例,结合机组典型工况,采用热平衡法对再热器前后的抽汽供热方案的变工况进行计算。分析了机组供热改造后,汽耗率、燃料利用率、节省发电煤耗等指标的变化趋势及原因,以准确确定机组全年实际运行节能效果。Because the changes of the heat load and power load are out of step in cogeneration retrofits unit, its run- ning is complex and changeable and its energy-saving efficiency cannot meet the requirement. In the case study of a 330MW subcritical condensing unit, based on the energy balance method and combined with typical operating condi- tion, this paper conducted detailed calculation of the thermal cycle with extraction reheated steam. The changes and reasons of the steam consumption rate, fuel efficiency and saved coal consumption were analyzed. The results provide a foundation for calculating the annual energy saving of cogeneration retrofits,unit.
