摘　　要：目的:验证《中国药典》2010年版第二增补本培养基中的明胶胨能否替代传统配方中的蛋白胨。方法:用10株不同菌株在不同配方的4种培养基上的生长情况进行比对试验。结果:肠道菌在四种固体培养基中的回收率均能达到80%以上。结论:含蛋白胨的培养基上生长情况略优于含明胶胨消化培养基。Objective： Verify the gelatin peptone in the medium of ChP 2010 supplemented edition whether can replace the peptone in the medium of traditional formula. Methods： Inoculate 10 different strains in four different kinds of medium, and then compare the growing states. Results： The recovery of intestinal bacteria in the four kinds of solid media was able to achieve 80%. Conclusion ： The growing state of strains in the medium contained peptone is better than it in the medium contained gelatin peptone.
