摘　　要：目的总结腹腔镜胆囊癌切除术患者的护理措施。方法分析我院60例腹腔镜胆囊癌切除术患者的临床资料。结果本组病例均在腹腔镜下成功完成手术,平均住院时间7.1 d,无1例发生并发症,近期复查结果无1例复发。结论做好心理护理和术前准备,术后密切观察生命体征,做好并发症的观察和护理,可促进患者的早康复。Objective To investigate the nursing measures for gallbladder cancer patients under laparoscope. Methods Analysis of this hospital 60 cases of laparoscopic eholecystectomy in patients with clinical data. Results All the patients were successfully completed under laparescopy operation, average hospitalization time of 7.1 d, no complications occurred, without recurrence of recent review resuhs. Conclusion To strengthen preoperative psychological care and preoperative preparation, observing vital sign of patients closely after the operation can promote the recovery of patients.
