摘 要:介绍水刺非织造布在受力拉伸状态下纤维间的几种机械缠结形态,认为水刺孔的变形回复和纤维自身弹性影响水刺布的弹性回复性能;同时用数学模型论证了纤维间最常见的U形缠结方式,且纤维间满足T1=T0eμθ,在相同的水刺压力条件下,静摩擦因数μ和纤维的包覆角度θ越大,纤维缠结越好,整个纤网越稳定,纤网结构引起的回弹性效果好;最后结合生产实际进行理想网孔建模,探讨网孔横纵向拉伸形变量的大小关系,得出纤网中纤维排列影响水刺布的弹性回复性能的结论。It introduces several mechanical entanglement morphologies between fibers of spunlaced nonwoven under tensile stress.And it argues that the elastic recovery of spunlaced nonwoven is governed by the deformation resilience of the holes produced by high speed jets of water and the elasticity of fiber itself.The mathematical model is used to demonstrate the most common U-shaped tangling way,and fiber-to-fiber meets T1=T0eμθ,if the water jet pressure is identical,the larger the static friction coefficient μ or fiber covering angle θ,the better the tangling of fiber and more stable the fibrous web and therefore the better the elastic recovery of the fibrous web.Finally combined with the actual production,an ideal mesh model was developed to investigate the correlation of mesh size and horizontal or longitudinal extension deformation,and it shows that the elastic recovery of the nonwoven is governed by the fiber arrangement in the fibrous web.
