摘 要:采用YG172型纱线毛羽仪对4档盖板踵趾差、2档锡林速度和3档梳棉机产量共24种生产方案所加工的纱线的毛羽进行检测,用SPSS软件对检测结果进行统计分析发现,踵趾差对纱线毛羽指标影响显著。当锡林速度采用394 r/min时,总体上以踵趾差采用0.42 mm所加工的纱线毛羽为最少;当锡林速度采用296 r/min时,所有方案以踵趾差采用0.56 mm所加工的纱线毛羽为最少。在所有试验方案中总体上以0.56 mm和0.42 mm 2档踵趾差有利于毛羽的减少;以0.14 mm踵趾差所加工的纱线毛羽为最多,说明过小踵趾差不利于毛羽的减少。The hairiness of yarns processed by 24 plans under four-grade flat heel-toe difference,two-grade cylinder speed and three-grade carding output was tested by YG172 yarn hairiness tester.The test results were analyzed by SPSS software.The results show that heel-toe difference has notable influence on yarn hairiness index.When cylinder speed is 394 r/min,the yarn hairiness is the least under 0.42 mm heel-toe difference;and while cylinder speed is 296 r/min,the yarn hairiness is the least under 0.56 mm heel-toe difference.In all test plans,the heel-toe differences of 0.56 mm and 0.42 mm are beneficial to hairiness reduction as a whole;and the yarn hairiness is the most under 0.14 mm heel-toe difference,which shows that too small a heel-toe difference is not conducive to hairiness reduction.
