摘  要:为给弹性纬平针织物柔性传感器的设计提供理论指导,基于针织物线圈结构对导电镀银纱弹性针织物的电-力学性能建立了电阻六角模型,并研究了电阻和导电针织物张力的关系,通过求解导电针织物电路方程组得到其等效电阻。结果表明:导电针织物电路是综合串联和并联的复杂电路网;沿纵行方向,它是一个并联电路;沿横列方向,它是一个串联电路。为了简化计算过程,只需要计算m横列×1纵列线圈的等效电阻。从理论分析和实验研究可得,线圈纱段转移引起了导电弹性针织柔性传感器的电阻变化,并且是影响传感器灵敏度的关键因素;针织物的电阻随应变的增加而线性增加。此外,接触电阻、织物结构和纱线伸长也影响针织物传感器的性能。In order to guide the elastic weft plain fabric flexible sensor design,a resistance hexagon model,based on the loops′ structure of the fabric,of electro-mechanical properties of conductive knitted elastic fabrics made from silver-plating multi-filament yarns is built.The attention is focused on the relationship between the electrical resistance and the load on the fabric under uniaxial extension.The equivalent resistance of the fabric is obtained by solving the circuit equations of the network.It is found that parallel to the wale direction,the circuit net is a multiple circuit;and parallel to the course direction,the circuit net is a series one.To simplify the calculation,m courses by one wale unit loop are only needed.From the theoretical analysis and experimental investigations,it is shown that the resistance change because of loop transfer is the key factor in the sensitivity of the elastic fabric sensor.The resistance of the fabric shows a linear increase with the strain.Also,the contact resistance,fabric structure and the yarn elongation all affect the characteristics of the fabric sensor.
