摘  要:为建立体表角度和原型省角的对应关系,将体表特征参数转换为服装结构参数,在原型设计中引入角度参数,以期进一步改善服装的合体性。依据原型轮廓设计要求选定正面的肩斜角、体侧角、侧面的胸上凸角、胸下凸角、背入角、背侧角6个体表角度,以300名18~28岁在校女大学生为研究对象,利用逆向工程软件Imageware12.0获得三维人体点云数据的三维坐标。根据坐标点,计算体表的各个角度,并利用统计软件对各个体表角度进行分析,确定显著性角度。研究结果可为利用体表角度结合人体尺寸数据的原型设计方法提供支撑。The purpose of this study is to get the corresponding relationship between the body surface angle and the prototype dart′s angle and convert the angles′ parameters of body surface into garment structural parameters,so that the angle parameters are introduced into the design of the prototype,hoping that the fitness of garment is further improved.This study,based on the prototype contour design requirements,selected the body surface angles as measurements,including shoulder slope angle,body side angle,breast upper convex angle,breast lower convex angle,back slope angle and back side angle,and measured 300 college female subjects from 18 to 28 years of age.The reverse engineering software Imageware 12.0 is used to gain three dimensional body′s point cloud data.According to the coordinates of points,the individual angles on the body surface are calculated and statistical software is employed to analyze the individual angle and determine the significance of each angle.These findings provide a support for the design method of prototype by use of body surface angle in combination with body measurements.
