聚合物光纤织物的特性及其应用

摘　　要：介绍聚合物光纤的结构和特性,简述由其织制而成的聚合物光纤织物的存在形式及特点。系统介绍了聚合物光纤织物在发光纺织品、柔性显示器以及传感器方面的研究进展。分析认为:聚合物光纤织物具有柔韧性好,质量轻,服用性能优良,使用持久安全,易与光源连接及可发散光和传输光的特点,其产品在服用、装饰、医疗、安全警示及智能控制等领域具有广泛的应用空间,并且随着新型聚合物光纤的开发及织造技术的不断提高,聚合物光纤织物将向着产品多元化和易织造的方向发展。This paper introduces the structure and properties of polymer optical fiber（POF）,POF fabric and their features,with focuses on the research progress of application of POF fabric in light emitting fabric,flexible optical displayer and optical fiber sensors.It can be seen that POF fabric has advantages of flexible,lightweight,durable,safe,easy connection with light source,and can diffuse and transfer the light.So it has a wide range of application in garment,decoration,medical treatment,safety warning and intelligent control.With the developing of new polymer optical fibers and improvement of weaving technology,POF fabric will be diversified in product and easy to be woven.
