丝胶复配浆料用于毛纱上浆的研究

摘　　要：为了研究丝胶在毛纱上浆中的应用性能,以丝胶为主体,加入明胶和聚丙烯酸甲酯组成复配浆料用于毛纱上浆,测试了复配浆料的浆液、浆膜和浆纱性能。丝胶复配浆料浆液的混溶性、黏度和黏度热稳定性均较好;浆膜成膜完整,韧性较好;丝胶复配浆料在增强、减伸、耐磨和伏贴毛羽方面对毛纱性能有明显的改善,浆纱增强率为46.31%,减伸率为7.14%,毛羽降低率为90.7%,上浆率为12.53%;且退浆工艺简单,退浆率高。实验结果表明,丝胶复配浆料可用于毛纱上浆。In order to research the application performance of sericin on sizing of wool yarn,sercin was taken as the main body and gelatin,polypropylene acid methyl ester were added and the sericin mixed size was made.The sericin mixed size was used for sizing of wool yarn.The properties of size solution,size film and sizing of the sericin mixed size were tested.The results showed that compatibility,viscosity and viscosity thermal stability of the sericin mixed size were good.The size film was complete and the toughness of size film was good.Several aspects of sizing such as strength increase,elongation reduce and wear resistance are improved obviously and the hairness stick effect was better.The sizing reinforcing rate was 46.31%,elongation reduce rate was 7.14%,hairness decreasing rate was 90.7%,sizing percentage was 12.53%.The desizing techeology was simple and the desizing percentage was high.So the sericin mixed size was suit for the sizing of wool yarn.
