地毯用羊毛的选择与配毛

摘　　要：通过对不同种类羊毛纤维细度、长度、腔死毛率、色泽、蓬松性等性能的分析,结合不同类型地毯对羊毛纤维性能的要求,以及生产过程工艺要求和降低产品成本等方面,讨论了簇绒地毯、机织贝尔明斯特地毯对羊毛纤维的性能和配毛的要求。研究表明对于簇绒地毯,绒头结构为圈绒的要求毯面光洁,毛羽少,需选用较大比例的新西兰羊毛,腔死毛含量少,达到干净清洁的毯面效果;而对于绒头结构为割绒的簇绒地毯和机织贝尔明斯特地毯,要求较好的绒头清晰度,需要挺括且抱合力好的纱线,加入一定比例的英国羊毛,达到丰满厚实的毯面效果。By analyzing the fiber fineness,length,color and luster,bulkiness,wool fiber performance and production cost of different kinds of wool,we discussed the requirement for wool fiber performance and wool blend of machine tufted carpet and woven Belminster carpet.Studies have shown that we should use a larger proportion of New Zealand wool which have less coarse cavity hair to produce loop pile carpet that required bright and clean surface and less hairiness in order to achieve a clean carpet surface effect.And we should add a certain proportion of British wool to produce cut pile carpet which require better pile definition to achieve a rich and dense carpet surface effect.Because the yarns of British wool can maintain its shape and hold pile better.
