摘　　要：毛纺织物的染色工艺及其上机操作对产品成本和实物质量具有重要影响,文章采用VFP语言开发了一套软件系统,将染色配方和操作工艺等数据存入系统的数据库中,用计算机管理染色工艺档案,当需要染色时,该系统可以结合染料库存情况,提供合理的染色配方和操作工艺。这样不仅能够积累技术人员的染色经验,更能在面对已经投放市场的染色织物需要再生产时,高效的提供最佳染色工艺。The dyeing operation of woollen fabric and the mechanical process have an important affect on product cost and physical quality.In the thesis,We have adopted the VFP language to develop a set of software system,and save the data of dyeing recipe and technological operation into the database of the system so that dyeing files can be managed by computers.When dyeing,the system will provide reasonable dyeing recipes and technological operations after allowing for dye stock situation.So we are able to not only accumulate the experience of minority artisans,also can afford the best dyeing process efficiently facing the dyed fabric placing on the market needed to be produced again.
