摘　　要：介绍了制备高弹性、高耐沾污性、高耐候性的"三高"性能外墙弹性涂料的技术要点:首先是选择高性能的弹性乳液,并设计合理的颜基比;其次是处理好延伸率与抗拉强度、延伸率与耐沾污性、抗拉强度与黏结强度等矛盾;最后是合理运用消泡体系和流变体系。The technical points of external wall elastic coatings with ＂three high＂ performances, high stain resistance and high weather resistance were described. Firstly, a elasticity, performance elastic emulsion and the reasonably design of pigment to binder ratio were choosen. Secondly, contradictions of extension rate and tensile strength, extension rate and stain resistance, tensile strength and bond strength etc. were treated. Finally, defoaming system and rheology system were used properly.
