摘　　要：珠光颜料是一类由数种金属氧化物薄层包覆云母构成的着色颜料。与其它水性涂料相比,以珠光颜料为主要着色颜料的水性金属闪光漆的生产工艺具有一定的特殊性。在该类涂料的配方设计中,主要考察了分散转速、分散时间以及分散水量对漆膜性能的影响,确定了最佳的工艺条件。Pearlescent pigments are prepared mainly via coating of mica platelets or mica-titania with some metal oxides. Compared with other waterborne paint, the production process of waterborne metallic paint with pearlescent pigment as coloring pigment has some specialities. For formulation design of the the dispersion rotating speed, dispersing time and amount of water on the properties of film were investigated, and the best process conditions were determined.
