摘  要:目的观察12种广东地产清热解毒药水提取物在同一剂量(16 g/kg)的抗内毒素作用,为寻求有效中药防治内毒素性多器官功能衰竭提供可靠的实验依据。方法小鼠连续7 d,灌胃16 g/kg,7 d后腹腔注射内毒素(LPS,O55B5),观察小鼠生存率和肺、肝的病理变化。结果三丫苦、水杨梅组小鼠生存率明显较高(P<0.05),组织学观察显示三丫苦、水杨梅组小鼠肺、肝的病理变化明显减轻。结论部分广东清热解毒药能防治内毒素引起的多器官损伤,提高内毒素血症小鼠生存率。Objective To compare the anti-LPS effcts of the water-solubility extract of 12 Guangdong heat-clearing and detoxicating herbs at the same dose(16 g/kg),and to provide the development basis for preventing LPS-induced multiple organ injury.Methods LPS was injected intraperitoneally after 7 d gastric lavage at the dose of 16 g/kg.The survival rates and pathological changes of rats' lung and liver in each group were observed.Results Survival rates in rats of Melicope pteleifolia(champ.ex Benth.) T.G.Hartley and Adina rubella Hance groups were higher than that in LPS group.The pathological changes of lung and liver of rats in Melicope pteleifolia(champ.ex Benth.) T.G.Hartley and Adina rubella Hance groups were significantly relived.Conclusion The results showed that some heat-clearing and detoxicating herbs of Guangdong have protective effect on LPS induced multiple organ injury.
