摘  要:目的探索建立糖皮质激素个体化用药教育的工作模式,以指导临床药师参与药物治疗的临床实践。方法对肾内科37例初次使用糖皮质激素的患者进行个体化用药教育,对照32例无药师教育的患者,比较患者的用药依从性和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组患者用药依从性高于对照组(97.3%vs 53.1%),感染的发生率明显低于对照组(5.4%vs 18.8%)。结论建立的糖皮质激素个体化用药教育工作模式切实可行。Objective To establish individualization medication education work mode of glucocorticoid,in order to guide clinical pharmacists to participate in drug treatment of clinical practice.Methods A total of 37 patients from nephrology department who were treated with glucocorticoid hormone for the first time received individual medication education,compared with 32 patients of no education.Results The medication compliance in patients of the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(97.3% vs 53.1%),the incidence of infection was significantly lower than the control group(5.4% vs 18.8%).Conclusion The establishment of glucocorticoid individual medication education work mode is feasible.
