摘 要:空间碎片数量日益增多,为保护在轨卫星的运行安全,需要针对碎片碰撞制定规避方案,用来规避碰撞风险.本文在调研国外卫星规避机动流程的基础上,分别研究了卫星规避相关的轨道机动方式、轨道预报模型以及交会风险计算模型,建立了卫星规避方案量化分析方法,为规避方案的选择提供参考.With the increasing number of space debris, space environment becomes more worsening. Space collisions between two objects take place more frequently which leads to more debris in space. The "active" satellites which carry out their routine tasks will face more collision threat. It's important to establish satellite avoidance strategy in order to prevent satellite from collision. Three contents are presented in this paper. Firstly, foreign process of satellite avoidance is studied. Secondly, factors including orbital maneuver, orbital propagation and computation of collision probability that affect the estimation of satellite avoidance strategy is analyzed. Thirdly, numerical estimation process of satellite avoidance strategy is established which can be used to provide suggestions to the satellite operation management.
