摘  要:目的探讨健身运动处方对改善大学新生应对方式的作用,为大学生心理健康干预提供依据。方法采用实验法和心理测量法,对扬州大学319名大学新生实施健身运动处方锻炼。结果健身时间对问题解决维度和问题取向的应对方式主效应显著(P<0.05),12周锻炼对问题解决维度和问题取向类应对方式影响优于6周;中等强度锻炼对抱怨、退缩、压抑维度和回避的改善效果明显(P<0.05或P<0.01);集体项目健美操和篮球运动对大学新生应对方式的改善作用要好于羽毛球;不同健身时间和强度的羽毛球和篮球项目比健美操锻炼对应对方式不同维度的影响显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。时间×强度对应对方式各维度主效应均无统计学意义。结论健身运动处方的时间、项目和强度对改善大学新生应对方式不同维度的主效应不同。Objective To investigate the fitness exercise prescription for improving university students coping style unique function, and to provide the basis for college students' mental health intervention. Methods By using the method of experiments and psychological measurement on 319 university freshmen exercise prescription. Results Time on problem solving dimension and problem oriented coping style main effects were significant( P 〈 0.05 ) , 12 weeks of training in problem-solving dimension and problem oriented class of coping style was superior to 6 weeks; moderate intensity exercise on coping style in some dimensions improvement obviously( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ) , the collective project aerobics and basketball on university freshmen's coping style improvement than badminton; different duration and intensity of the badminton and basketball events than aerobic exercise training on coping style of different dimension influenced significantly ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Time intensity corresponding to each dimension x mode of main effects are not significant. Conclusion The different time, items and intensity of physical exercise to improve the university students' coping styles in different dimensions of the main effects of different.
