摘　　要：消化道重建是胃肠手术的重要组成部分。随着吻合器技术的快速发展和广泛应用，越来越多的外科医生选择机械吻合来完成消化道重建。机械吻合相比于手工缝合．能明显缩短手术时间，减少住院天数。但在种类繁多的手术器械中选择适合的吻合器械并进行规范的操作并非易事。现就胃肠手术中吻合器的选择及其合理应用进行总结和评价。Digestive tract reconstruction is the main part of gastrointestinal surgery. With the rapid development of technology and widely application in stapling device, more and more surgeons are using stapled anastomosis. Stapled anastomosis is associated with shorter operating time and hospital stay than hand-sewn anastomosis. However, it is not easy to select suitable ones from various staplers and use them correctly. Choice and reasonable application of staplers for anastomosis in gastrointestinal surgery are summarized and evaluated in this article.
