摘 要:采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)、柠檬酸和六亚甲基四胺作为络合剂的溶胶凝胶法制备纳米阴极粉体La1–xSrxCo1–yFeyO3(LSCF)。用X射线衍射、透射电子显微镜和激光粒度仪分别对LSCF(x=0.4,y=0.6)粉体的晶型、结构和粒径分布进行了表征。采用丝网印刷法将LSCF(x=0.4,y=0.6)浆料印刷在具有阴极氧化钇掺杂氧化铈(gadolinium doped ceria,GDC)阻挡层的半电池上,经1000℃焙烧制成单电池。用扫描电子显微镜、压汞仪和电化学工作站等表征手段对单电池结构及其电性能等进行了表征。结果表明:前驱物经900℃煅烧获得斜方六面体晶系钙钛矿晶体结构阴极粉体LSCF,其分散度较高,颗粒形状较规则,一次粒子大小为50nm左右,用该阴极粉体LSCF(x=0.4,y=0.6)制备的单电池以H2+3%水蒸气为燃料气,空气为氧化气,在750℃时的最大功率密度为1.09W/cm2,欧姆电阻为0.17 cm2,极化电阻为0.61 cm2。A nano-powder of Lal_xSrxCol_yFeyO3 (LSCF) cathode was perpared by the sol-gel method with PVA, citric acid and hexa- methylene tetramine as complexing agents. The crystalline phase, structure and particle size distribution were characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and Laser particle size analysis, respectively. The single cell via screen printing the LSCF (x=0.4, y=0.6) powder on an anode support half cell with a gadolinium doped ceria (GDC) barrier layer was fabricated at 1 000 ℃. The structure and performance of the single cell were characterized by scanning electron microscopy, mercury porosimetry and electrochemical workstation. The well-dispersive LSCF (x=0.4, y=0.6) powder with the rhombic hexahedron perovskite structure and the particle size of 〈 50nm was obtained after calcining at 900 ℃. The maximum power density of single cell is 1.09 W/era2, the ohmic resistance is 0.17Ω-cm2 and the polarization resistance is 0.61 Ω-cm2 when H2+3 %H20 as anode gas and air as cathode gas are used.
