摘 要:目的评估航天飞行器的腐蚀寿命。方法采用湿热、周浸和盐雾等3个模块进行加速腐蚀试验,通过室内外试验数据的对比进行评估。结果在具备真实的使用环境数据,自然环境与加速环境对标准潮湿空气折算关系基础上,建立的加速试验环境谱与环境谱的当加速关系合理。结论采用复合环境谱试验,不仅具有明显的加速腐蚀作用,大大缩短试验历程,且能较好地再现飞行器构件的腐蚀损伤特征。Objective To assess the corrosion life of the spacecraft. Methods The humid hot, dry-wet cyclic immersion and salt fog experiments were adopted for the accelerated corrosion test, the corrosion life was assessed through the comparison of the inside and outside data of the experiment. Results The relationship between the acceleration test environment and environmental spectrum, which established through the use of real environmental data and based on wet air conversion relationship of the natural environment and accelerated environment, was reasonable. Conclusion The adoption of the complex environment test spectrum can not only produce the obvious accelerated corrosion effects, greatly shorten the experiment duration, but also better reproduce the corrosion damage characterization of the aircraft components.
