荔枝草全草乙醇提取物的化学成分分析

摘　　要：荔枝草（Salviap lebeiaR．Br．）为唇形科（Lamiaceae）鼠尾草属（Salvia Linn．）植物，别名为蛤蟆草、雪见草和癞蛤蟆草等，其味苦、辛，性凉，具有清热解毒、利尿消肿和凉血止血的作用。作为中药始载于《本草纲目》，曾收载于《中华人民共和国药典》（1977年版）。Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified from 95 % ethanol extracts from whole plant of Salvia plebeia R. Br. There areβ-sitosterol （ Ⅰ ）, syringaresinol （ Ⅱ ）, hispidulin （ Ⅲ ）, nepetin （Ⅳ）, 7-hydroxy emodin （ V ）, ursolic acid （ VI ）, luteolin （Ⅶ ）, 2a, 3/3-dihydroxy-12-en-28-ursonic acid （ Ⅶ ）, homoplantaginin （ Ⅸ ）, nepitrin （ Ⅹ ）, nepetidin （ XI）, n-heneicosanol （ ⅩⅡ）, apigenin （ⅩⅢ ）. In which, compound ⅩⅠ is isolated firstly from Salvia Linn. and compounds Ⅱ, V, XI, ⅩⅡ and ⅩⅢ are isolated firstly from S. plebeia.
