盐酸非索非那定片联合宁瘾汤治疗慢性荨麻疹44例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸非索非那定片联合宁瘾汤治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将入选的124例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为3组。治疗组(44例)口服盐酸非索非那定片,并加用自拟中药"宁瘾汤";对照Ⅰ组(40例)口服盐酸非索非那定片;对照Ⅱ组(40例)予自拟中药"宁瘾汤"内服。均连服3周后判定疗效。结果治疗组有效率(93.18%)高于对照Ⅰ组(87.50%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);另外,治疗组痊愈率(86.36%)明显高于对照Ⅰ组(65.00%),治疗组痊愈率和有效率也均明显高于与对照Ⅱ组(50.00%和65.00%),而且治疗组复发率(13.16%)明显低于对照Ⅰ组(38.46%)和Ⅱ组(40.00%),以上差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论盐酸非索非那定片联合宁瘾汤治疗慢性荨麻疹治愈率高,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinic effect of fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets and combined with Ningyin decoction for chronic urticaria. Methods One hundred and twenty-four chronic urticaria patients were randomly divided into three groups. Forty-four patients in the treatment group were treated with both fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets and Ningyin decoction; patients in the control group I （forty patients） and II （forty patients） were treated with either fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets or Ningyin decoction respectively. The overall treatment periods were 3 weeks. Results The effective rate in treatment group （93.2%） was higher than that in control group I （87.5%）, but there were no statistically significant differences between them （P 〉0.05） ; The cure rate in treatment group （86.4%） was much higher than control group I （65.0%）, the cure rate and effective rate in treatment group are higher than that in control group II （50.0% and 65.0% ） ; the recurrent rate in treatment group was much inferior to control group I （ 38.5% ） and II （40.0%）. All these comparisons were statistically significant （ both P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combined treatment of fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets and Ningyin decoction can get high cure rate and low recurrent rate on chronic urticaria patients. This regimen is worthy of clinical application.
