摘 要:本文利用轴线法(%△a)分析了心室壁运动,并与60例冠心病人的左室电影造影、冠状动脉造影进行对比研究,以判断室壁运动障碍部位和冠脉病变之间的关系。结果表明室壁运动异常部位与冠脉病变部位一致,本法的敏感性及特异性均较高。Coronary artery stenosis or occlusion is the main cause of left ventricular wall motion asynergy ( VWMA ) .We studied the relationship between the obstructive coronary arteries and VWMA by selective coronary angiography and cineventricu-lography in 60 patients with coronary heart disease. The ventricular wall motion was assessed by axis line method ( %△a ) .The severity of the contractive abnormality of each segment was defined as hypokinesis ( HK ) , akinesis ( AK ) and dyskinesis ( DK ) .The location of asynergy was determined according to the anatomic areas of the left ventricle perfused by each of the three major coronary arteries. Our results show that the VWMA assessed by %△a correlates closely with regional myocardial perfusion.
