摘　　要：目的:探讨沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入联合曲安奈德穴位封闭治疗成人支气管哮喘临床疗效。方法:选取我院2011年8月至2012年9月间我科收治的支气管哮喘患者156例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组采用沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入联合曲安奈德穴位封闭治疗,对照组单独采用沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后肺功能变化情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗组治疗后VC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、MMVF、PEER均高于对照组患者,且治疗组总有效率优于对照组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入联合曲安奈德穴位封闭治疗成人支气管哮喘疗效确切,且疗效显著优于单独采用沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,是治疗成人支气管哮喘的有效方法。Objective： To discuss clinical effects of salbutamol aerosols inhalation combined with triam cinolone acetonide block acupoint therapy in treating adult bronchial asthma. Method： A total of 156 bron chial asthma patients admitted into our department from August 2011 to September 2012 were enrolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group adopted salbutamol aerosols inha lation combined with triamcinolone acetonide block acupoint treatment, while control group received salbuta mol aerosols inhalation. Pulmonary functions variations and clinical effects in two groups were comparied. Result： After treatment, treatment group had higher level of VC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, MMVF, PEER and total effective rate than those in control group. The differences were statistically significant { P〈0.05 }. Con clusion： Salbutamol aerosols inhalation combined with triamcinolone acetonide block acupoint therapy has definite efficacy in treating adult bronchial asthma in treating adult bronchial asthma. It has better efficacy than single salbutamol aerosols inhalation therapy and is regarded as an effective therapy for adult bronchial asthma.
