摘  要:探索提高RF激励全金属CO2波导激光器性能稳定,用于批量制造的最佳结构设计和一体化的内外散热系统。研究结果表明,可有效地将工作气体产生的热量快速传导出腔外,降低和稳定工作气体的温度,提高了激光器输出功率和稳定性,从而解决了激光器件产品化问题,特别是内循环水冷系统的设计大大提高了输出功率和工作性能。To explore the method improving RF-excited full- metal waveguide CO2 laser stable performance, used to batch manufacturing optimum structure and internal and external cooling system with integration. The results of the study show that the heat produced from working gas can be transferred effectively and rapidly to outside, which can reduce and stabilize working gas temperature, improve the laser output power and stability. So the problem of laser device produced is solved, especially, the design of internal circulation water system has greatly improved the output power and working performance.
