摘　　要：2001—2010年之间的这段时期为人口老龄化与劳动力快速增长并存的时期,研究这一时期的农村转移劳动力的就业行为特征对于合理配置与充分利用丰富的农村劳动力资源有重要意义。本文通过使用2010年北京林业大学陕西省农村劳动力转移项目调查所采集的数据,从劳动力行业部门流动和地域流动两个方面总结在2001—2010年10年间陕西省农村转移劳动力所表现出的流动特征,为我国在下阶段实现农村劳动力优化配置提供政策性建议。2001-2010 is the period while the aging of population and rapid growth of labor force both exists. A research on the on the character of the rural labor mobility during this period have a significant meaning in allocating and using the labor resource efficiently. This paper concludes the character of the mobility of ten years from 2001 to 2010 in both trade departments and regions two aspects,using the dataset gathered by BJFU rural labor force mobility project in 2010. And put forward some political advises aiming at optimizing the rural labor force allocation in the next period.
