抗菌药物不合理应用的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析住院患者抗菌药物不合理应用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取2011年7月至2012年6月出院病历920份进行回顾分析,对不合理应用抗菌药物进行统计、分析。结果:使用抗菌药物的病历有522份,不合理使用抗菌药物的病历有71份,占所抽查使用抗菌药物病历的13.60%;不合理使用抗菌药物表现为药物选择不恰当、用药方法不合理、抗菌药物粉针剂溶剂选择不当、联合用药不妥、围术期预防用药不合理等。结论:住院患者不合理使用抗菌药物现象不容忽视,医院应采取综合措施,加强对抗菌药物使用监管,促进抗菌药物合理使用。Objectiv： analyze the irrational use status of antibacterial drug for hospitalized patients, to promote the clinical use of drug. Methods： Randomly selected 920 medical records discharged from hospital from July 2011 to June 2012, On the unreasonable application of antibacterial drugs, statistic analysis. Results： antibiotics were used in 522, and antibiotics were used irrationally in 71 （13. 60% ）. The irrational use of antibiotics was reflected in improper drug selection, irrational method of drug use, inappropriate antibiotic powder solvents, inappropriate combination therapy and Perioperative prophylaxis is not reasonable, etc. CONCLUSION： Hospitalized patients of irrational use of antibiotics should not be ignored, Hospitals should take comprehensive measures should be taken to strengthen the use of antibacterial drugs, supervision, promoting rational use of antimicrobial agents.
