建设金融交易服务平台 争夺世界话语权——基于新华08的建设

摘　　要：全球金融危机,国际社会对金融信息公平、公正、均衡、透明以及多元化的建设有了更加迫切的需求。作为崛起的"第三世界"国家,中国有理由代表发展中国家争得经济话语权,搭建金融信息服务平台(新华08),提高中国的软实力,在国际信息服务业争得一席之地。文章主要运用归纳演绎的方法,以及引用、对比等方法。新华08的基本模型构架已运行,历时4个年头,探索与推进新华08的建设仍是一项艰巨的任务。The global financial crisis, the international community＇s financial information fair, impartial, balanced, transparent, as well as a wide range of construction has more pressing needs. As the rise of the ＂third world＂ countries, China has reason to right to speak on behalf of developing countries to gain economic discourse, to build the financial information service platform （Xinhua 08）, improving China＇ s soft power in the international information services. This paper mainly uses the inductive-deductive methods, as well as reference, comparison and other methods. Lasting for 4 years, Xinhua 08 has been running the framework of basic models, but Xinhua 08-building still remains an exploration and advancine dauntin tasks.
