摘　　要：气候变化对土著与地方社区及少数民族传统知识的影响、适应及减缓策略是当今国际研究的热点议题,但仍有大量的未知领域。本文讨论了二者的基本内涵及研究意义,并且回顾了多年以来气候变化背景下传统知识受到的影响、适应和应对研究,以及国际公约、报告的相关研究。表明:气候变化对传统知识的影响及其应对已受到越来越多的关注,并且将成为一个新兴的跨学科研究;今后的研究重点应放在少数民族及地方社区对气候变化的观察、理解及应对;最后,该研究中需着重解决如何创新研究方法、如何辨识气候变化与外来因素及其叠加效应对传统知识的影响、如何应用传统知识应对气候变化等环境问题以及利用传统知识促进经济发展和文化传承等问题。The impact of climate change on traditional knowledge of indigenous and local community as well as minorities,and in return,the adaptation and mitigation strategies by use of traditional knowledge to climate change are becoming focal topic for scientific and social studies internationally.However,many knowledge gaps remain in this issue.We discussed the basic connotations and research significance of connections between climate change and traditional knowledge of minorities and indigenous peoples.The relevant international conventions,recent reports as well as researches on impacts,adaptations and responses of traditional knowledge with the linkage of climate change from domestic and abroad are reviewed.It is concluded that the effects of climate change on traditional knowledge and its responses to climate change are attracting more and more attention;meanwhile,an interdisciplinary research on the linkage of traditional knowledge and climate change is emerging and growing.The focuses of researches should be on interpretations,understanding and responses to climate change by minorities and indigenous peoples.Finally,the main aspects for future studies were addressed in this paper,including innovation in research methods,identification of the combined effects of climate change and other external factors on traditional knowledge,and make use of traditional knowledge in responding to climate change and promotion of economic development and cultural heritage.
